By purchasing any service from ITPS, you agree to this policy in full.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Hosting Only)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following strict conditions:
- Applies to shared hosting plans only
- Valid for first-time customers only
- Refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of initial purchase
- Account must be in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
Refunds will be issued for the hosting service fee only
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
- SSL certificates
- Setup fees
- Add-ons, licenses, and third-party services
- Dedicated servers, VPS, or custom infrastructure
- Hosting renewals (after initial billing cycle)

4. Digital & IT Services (No Refund Policy)

8. Resource Usage & Policy Violations
Refund eligibility is voided immediately if the client violates any Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Excessive resource usage impacting server stability
- Hosting illegal, abusive, or prohibited content
- Spam, phishing, or malicious activity
- Security violations or hacking attempts
Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds
9. Fraud Prevention
ITPS actively monitors transactions for fraud.
- Orders flagged as suspicious may be suspended or canceled without notice
- Refunds may be withheld during investigation
- Verified fraudulent transactions will result in:
- Immediate termination
- Permanent account ban
- No refund issued
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree to contact ITPS before initiating any dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
- Immediate account suspension or termination
- Permanent ban from future services
- Additional fees for recovery and dispute handling
We reserve the right to submit evidence to payment processors to dispute chargebacks.
11. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
