Our refund policy does not include Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, software license fees (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Fantastico, Softaculous, Litespeed, RvSkin etc), Domain Privacy, or any addon services such as dedicated IP, SSH, SSL, credit card processing fees and setup fees. No full refunds are available after 30 days. In order to cancel service, you must submit a cancellation request.
30 Day Refund does not apply to clients with prior hosting account with us. For example, if you signed up for Xen VPS 1 and requested refunded within 30 days but decided to sign up again after few months to Xen VPS 1, you will not be given refund. We consider this abuse of out 30 day refund policy. Furthermore, 30 day refund policy doesn’t apply for user who heavily use the system resources (bandwidth, cpu) and ask for refund even when there were no problems with service.
30 days refund policy will only apply to one account. If you have multiple accounts, you will be provided refund for only one of the accounts
