- Botnets or command-and-control servers
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities
2.4 Content Violations
You may NOT host or distribute content that is:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit
- Violent, abusive, or threatening
- Defamatory or misleading
- Hate speech or discriminatory
- Infringing on copyrights or trademarks
2.5 Resource Abuse
- Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth usage
- Running scripts that degrade server performance
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Running unauthorized background processes
2.6 Unauthorized Reselling or Misuse
- Reselling services without permission
- Sharing accounts or credentials
- Using services for unauthorized commercial exploitation
3. AI & Automation Usage (Important for Your Services)
When using AI tools, chatbots, or automation services provided by ITPS:
You may NOT:
- Use AI for impersonation or deception
- Generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Automate spam, scraping, or abuse
- Use bots to manipulate users or platforms
You are responsible for all outputs generated using your AI systems.
4. Security Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Maintain secure passwords
- Protect account credentials
- Keep software updated
- Immediately report suspicious activity
ITPS is not responsible for breaches caused by customer negligence.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
ITPS reserves the right to:
- Monitor service usage
- Investigate violations
- Remove content
- Suspend or terminate accounts
This may occur without prior notice if necessary to protect systems or other users.
6. Zero-Tolerance Violations
The following will result in immediate termination without warning or refund:
- Malware distribution
- Phishing or fraud
- Hacking attempts
- Child exploitation content
- Repeat abuse violations
7. Abuse Reporting

8. Consequences of Violations
